SPWM103F-2S0P SPWM Signal Generator
SPWM103F-2S0P has been introduced as a 2-channel SPWM signal generator in the PWM-Core product family.
The module digitally models a sine wave and generates sinusoidal PWM signals based on programmable parameters. It is designed for applications where controlled SPWM signal generation is required, especially in inverter and power electronics development.
Two SPWM Output Channels
The 2S0P model provides two SPWM output channels.
Each SPWM channel includes high-side and low-side signal outputs. This structure makes the module suitable for driver circuits that require complementary SPWM signals with configurable timing behavior.
Programmable Sine Model
SPWM103F-2S0P allows the sine model parameters to be configured through commands.
The SPWM frequency, sampling count and dead-time ratio can be adjusted according to the application. This provides flexibility for testing different inverter control strategies, switching behaviors and waveform generation settings.
UART-Based Control
The module is configured through a UART interface.
Control commands are sent to the Rx pin of the module. The Tx pin can be used to check whether the PWM-Core is ready to receive a new command. This makes the module easier to integrate with external microcontrollers in embedded system applications.
Internal Memory Support
SPWM103F-2S0P can save signal configurations in its internal memory.
This means that the module does not need to be reconfigured at every startup. Previously saved parameters can be used again after the device is restarted, which is useful for repeated tests and fixed operating setups.
Typical Application Areas
SPWM103F-2S0P can be used in applications that require programmable sinusoidal PWM signal generation.
Typical application areas include:
· MOSFET and IGBT gate-drive applications
· H-bridge and half-bridge driver circuits
· Single-phase sine inverter applications
· DC/AC converter applications
· Solar and wind energy inverter prototypes
· Single-phase motor speed control applications
· UPS and frequency converter applications
Conclusion
SPWM103F-2S0P provides a practical 2-channel SPWM signal generator structure for inverter, motor control and power electronics development. With programmable sine model parameters, UART communication, internal memory support and 5 V signal outputs, it offers a flexible platform for SPWM-based control and prototype applications.
