PS105F6A-07W21 PWM Signal Generator

PS105F6A-07W21 has been introduced as a 6A PWM signal generator and MOSFET/IGBT driver module.

The module provides two PWM outputs: one non-inverted output and one inverted output. This structure makes it suitable for switching applications where complementary or opposite-phase PWM signals are required.

High-Current Gate Drive Capability

PS105F6A-07W21 is designed to drive the gate capacitance of MOSFETs and IGBTs rapidly.

The driver stage supports up to 6 A peak output current. This allows capacitive loads to be charged and discharged quickly, helping preserve signal integrity in high-speed switching applications.

Wide Frequency Range

The module supports a wide PWM output frequency range from 4 Hz to 1 MHz.

This makes it suitable for different switching, control and signal generation applications. The frequency and duty cycle values can be adjusted through the onboard control interface.

Display and Rotary Encoder Control

PS105F6A-07W21 includes a simple user interface based on a display and rotary encoder.

The rotary encoder is used to select parameters and adjust values. Frequency, duty cycle, sensitivity level and operating mode can be configured from the device interface without requiring an external controller.

Each change is stored in the internal memory, so the device does not need to be reconfigured after every startup.

Ramp Transition Feature

The module supports ramp transition operation.

With this feature, the output frequency and/or duty cycle can be changed gradually over a defined transition time. This can be useful in applications where sudden parameter changes are not desired, such as controlled startup, soft transition or experimental drive applications.

Typical Application Areas

PS105F6A-07W21 can be used in applications that require PWM signal generation and high-current MOSFET or IGBT gate driving.

Typical application areas include:

· MOSFET and IGBT gate drive applications

· H-bridge and half-bridge driver circuits

· Switch-mode power supplies

· High-voltage and pulse transformer drivers

· Class-D amplifier applications

· R, L and/or C load control circuits

· Hobby and prototyping applications

Conclusion

PS105F6A-07W21 combines PWM signal generation and MOSFET/IGBT gate driving in a single module. With dual PWM outputs, 6 A peak drive capability, wide frequency range, display-based control and ramp transition support, it provides a practical platform for switching, control and development applications.
