DI4A-05W21 Isolated Gate Driver
DI4A-05W21 has been introduced as a new member of the Lentark gate driver family.
The module is a two-channel isolated gate driver developed for MOSFET, IGBT and SiC MOSFET switching applications. It provides 4 A peak source current and 6 A peak sink current, making it suitable for applications where strong gate charging and discharging capability is required.
Programmable Dead-Time Structure
DI4A-05W21 includes a programmable dead-time feature.
The dead-time value can be adjusted over a wide range, allowing the module to adapt to different switching requirements. This is especially useful in complementary switching structures where both switching devices must not conduct at the same time.
By defining a controlled delay between transitions, the module helps support safer switching behavior in half-bridge and related power electronics circuits.
Configurable Output Operation
The output structure of DI4A-05W21 can be configured in different ways.
