PS504F0A-02W30 PWM-Core module with three programmable PWM outputs, UART control and 5V logic signal outputs

PS504F0A-02W30 PWM-Core Module

PS504F0A-02W30 has been introduced as a new member of the PWM-Core product family.

The module operates from a 5 V supply and provides three programmable PWM output channels. Each channel can be configured independently, making the module suitable for applications where multiple PWM signals are required in the same system.

Three Programmable PWM Outputs

PS504F0A-02W30 provides three PWM outputs: P1, P2 and P3.

The frequency and duty cycle values of each output can be adjusted separately. The outputs operate at 5 V logic level, which makes the module suitable for direct use with many digital control and interface circuits.

Frequency and Duty Cycle Control

The module supports a frequency range from 4 Hz to 500 kHz.

Duty cycle values can be adjusted from 0.00% to 100.00%. In addition, the module provides accurate frequency and duty cycle calibration, supporting stable and repeatable PWM signal generation in control and development applications.

UART-Based Communication

PS504F0A-02W30 is configured through a UART interface.

Commands are sent to the Rx pin of the module. The baud rate can be selected as 9600, 19200, 57600 or 115200. This structure allows the module to be controlled by an external microcontroller in embedded system applications.

Internal Memory Support

The module can store signal configuration values in its internal memory.

This allows predefined startup values to be used after each restart. As a result, the module can continue operating with previously saved PWM settings without requiring configuration at every power-up.

Asynchronous PWM Channel Operation

The PWM channels operate asynchronously.

This means that there is no fixed phase relationship between the channels. Each channel can be updated independently during operation, and a parameter change on one channel does not require the other channels to stop or restart.

New values are applied to the related PWM output after the current PWM period is completed.

Typical Application Areas

PS504F0A-02W30 can be used in applications that require multiple programmable PWM outputs at 5 V logic level.

Typical application areas include:

· MOSFET and IGBT switching applications

· Lighting control applications

· Motor control applications

· Audio-related applications

· 16-bit PWM applications

· R, L and/or C load control circuits

· Hobby and prototyping projects

Conclusion

PS504F0A-02W30 expands the PWM-Core family with a compact three-output PWM signal generation module. With independent PWM channel control, UART-based configuration, internal memory support and 5 V logic outputs, it provides a practical solution for embedded systems, control circuits and development applications.
