PWM-Core modules are designed to simplify configurable PWM signal generation in embedded systems, test setups and power electronics applications. Depending on the model, the PWM-Core family can provide multiple PWM outputs, phase control, UART-based configuration, internal memory support and SPWM signal generation.

General Notes

All PWM-Core models are configured through UART commands. This makes it possible to update signal parameters from an external microcontroller without generating all PWM timing signals directly inside the main controller.

 

The PP series is more suitable when phase-controlled multi-channel PWM generation is required. The PS series provides a simpler structure for applications where frequency and duty cycle control are sufficient. The SPWM103F series is designed for applications that require digitally generated sinusoidal PWM signals.

 

Conclusion

The PWM-Core family provides different options for different signal generation needs. If the application requires multi-channel PWM with phase control, PP504F0A-02W30 or PP504F1A-02W40 can be selected. If a compact 5 V PWM module is sufficient, PS504F0A-02W30 may be more suitable. For sinusoidal PWM applications, SPWM103F models provide a more application-specific solution.
