CTS-RGB RGB Control Board
The design of the CTS-RGB control board has been completed.
CTS-RGB is being developed as a music-responsive RGB control board. The module detects ambient sound, converts it into an electrical signal and processes this signal to generate color-based control behavior.
Sound-Based Color Control
The main purpose of CTS-RGB is to create color changes that respond to the sound in the environment.
By analyzing the detected audio signal, the board can produce a visual response through RGB lighting. This makes it suitable for applications where music, rhythm or ambient sound is intended to affect the LED color behavior.
Adjustable Control Parameters
The CTS-RGB board includes three adjustable resistors for user control.
These adjustments are intended for controlling brightness, bass sensitivity and gain level. With these settings, the response of the RGB lighting behavior can be adapted according to the sound level, music content and desired visual effect.
Audio Signal Outputs
In addition to RGB control, CTS-RGB also provides separate outputs for processed and unprocessed audio signals.
This structure can be useful in applications where the audio signal needs to be monitored, reused or evaluated by another circuit. It also makes the board more flexible for future development and integration work.
RGB Strip LED Driver Integration
A separate power driver circuit has also been designed for controlling RGB strip LEDs.
By integrating the CTS-RGB control board with the RGB strip LED driver circuit, it is planned to control longer RGB LED strip installations. This structure is intended to support music-responsive lighting applications with wider visual coverage.
Typical Application Areas
CTS-RGB can be used in applications where sound-responsive RGB lighting or analog audio-based visual effects are required.
Typical application areas include:
· Music-responsive RGB lighting
· RGB strip LED control
· Audio-reactive visual effects
· Decorative lighting applications
· Prototype lighting systems
· Sound-based user interface feedback
· R&D and development setups
Conclusion
CTS-RGB is designed as an RGB control board that converts ambient sound into color-based lighting behavior. With adjustable brightness, bass sensitivity and gain settings, along with processed and unprocessed audio signal outputs, it provides a practical platform for music-responsive RGB lighting and prototype visual effect applications.
