SPWM103F-1S2P SPWM PWM Signal Generator

SPWM103F-1S2P has been introduced as a mixed-output signal generator in the PWM-Core product family.

The module combines one sinusoidal PWM output with two programmable PWM outputs. This structure makes it useful in applications where an SPWM signal and additional PWM control signals are required in the same system.

One SPWM Output and Two PWM Outputs

The 1S2P model provides one SPWM output channel and two PWM output channels.

The SPWM output is generated by digitally modeling a sine wave. The two PWM outputs can be configured separately for frequency, phase angle and duty cycle. This gives the module a flexible signal structure for inverter, driver and control applications.

Programmable SPWM Parameters

The SPWM signal can be adjusted through programmable sine model parameters.

The SPWM frequency, sampling count and dead-time ratio can be configured according to the application. This allows different switching patterns, waveform settings and inverter control approaches to be tested more easily.

Programmable PWM Parameters

In addition to the SPWM output, SPWM103F-1S2P includes two programmable PWM outputs.

The frequency, phase angle and duty cycle of these PWM outputs can be adjusted. This is useful when auxiliary timing signals, gate drive references or additional control outputs are needed alongside the main SPWM signal.

UART-Based Control

SPWM103F-1S2P is configured through a UART interface.

Commands are sent to the Rx pin of the module. The Tx pin can be used to check whether the PWM-Core is ready to receive a new command. This makes the module suitable for embedded systems and microcontroller-based control applications.

Internal Memory Support

The module can save signal configuration values in its internal memory.

This allows previously defined settings to be used again after restart. As a result, the module does not need to be reconfigured every time it is powered up.

Typical Application Areas

SPWM103F-1S2P can be used in applications that require both sinusoidal PWM and programmable PWM outputs.

Typical application areas include:

· MOSFET and IGBT gate-drive applications

· H-bridge and half-bridge driver circuits

· Single-phase sine inverter applications

· DC/AC converter applications

· Solar and wind energy inverter prototypes

· Single-phase motor speed control applications

· UPS and frequency converter applications

· Experimental power electronics setups

Conclusion

SPWM103F-1S2P provides a practical SPWM and PWM signal generator structure for applications that need mixed signal outputs. With one sinusoidal PWM output, two programmable PWM outputs, UART communication and internal memory support, it offers a flexible platform for inverter control, motor control and power electronics development.
