ZCD-220V03W-IFS Zero-Cross Detector Module

ZCD-220V03W-IFS zero-cross detector module is now in stock.

 

The module is designed for AC power control applications where zero-crossing detection and controlled firing behavior are required. It supports 110 V / 220 V AC mains input and provides an isolated structure between the input and output sides.

 

Programmable Firing Control

ZCD-220V03W-IFS can generate the triac drive signal according to the configured firing start point.

 

The firing duration can also be adjusted by the user. These parameters can be controlled using external circuit elements such as trimpots, or by an external microcontroller when a more flexible control structure is required.

 

Logic Monitoring and Control Inputs

The module includes a logic output for monitoring the firing process.

 

In addition to the LO monitoring output, the module provides output polarity control through the POL input and enable/disable control through the EN input. These features make the module easier to adapt to different control circuits and signal interface requirements.

 

Isolated Input and Output Structure
