DI4A-05W21 – 4 A / 6 A Isolated Gate Driver with Programmable Dead-Time
DI4A-05W21 is a two-channel isolated gate driver module based on the UCC21520 driver IC. It provides 4 A peak source and 6 A peak sink current and supports programmable dead-time adjustment from 5 ns to 5 µs. The module can be configured as two independent low-side drivers or as a half-bridge driver, making it suitable for MOSFET, IGBT, and SiC MOSFET switching applications.
