ZCD-28PT835A – PWM-Controlled Random Phase Dimmer and Triac/SCR Driver

ZCD-28PT835A is a PWM-controlled random-phase firing module designed for triac and reverse-parallel SCR drive applications. It operates over an 85 V – 285 V AC RMS input range and controls firing according to the duty cycle of the applied PWM signal. The module provides zero-crossing and firing signal monitoring outputs, isolated digital inputs and outputs, and an isolated 800 V triac / dual SCR driver output stage for digitally controlled AC power applications.
