PDI-A13-5V1A – 1 MHz Push-Pull PWM Driver with SPI Interface
PDI-A13-5V1A is a push-pull PWM driver module with two complementary PWM outputs operating from 100 Hz to 1 MHz. The outputs provide a 5 V logic level and 1.5 A peak sink/source current capability. The module supports 0% – 50.0% duty cycle range, frequency and duty-cycle transitions, programmable startup routine, limitable signal values, and SPI communication with selectable logic level from 1.8 V to 5 V.
